Based on the resolution of the Annual Ordinary General Assembly meeting for Agility Public Warehousing Company K.S.C, that was held on Thursday, May 22, 2014 to distribute 40% cash dividends (40 fils for every share) for the shareholders who are registered on the company’s shareholders record on the day of the General Assembly, please be informed that the distribution of the above mentioned dividends will start on June 8, 2014.
